Due to the hygienic nature of our mouthwash product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been purchased.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review your claim.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement product or another appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
