Thank you for shopping with Rayyonshops.

Due to the hygienic nature of our mouthwash product, we only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unopened with the safety seal intact.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used mouthwash.
  • Products with broken safety seals.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos so we can assist you promptly.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return has been received and inspected.
